We are now applying the latest engineering techniques, materials and advanced manufacturing methods to build new products to continue our success into the next decades. Brompton is seeking an outstanding Recruitment Adviser to join our growing team ensuring the business attracts and retains the right talent empowering our growth over the next 5 years. Reporting into the TA Manager, this is an outstanding opportunity for someone with previous internal talent function recruitment experience to own and deliver a significant stakeholder group recruitment portfolio. The successful candidate will look after a number of open positions at ever stage right from the brief to onboarding working in collaboration with Talent Acquisition team and People team colleagues.

Ability to prioritise and report on a heavy workload

Ability to remain focused in a fast moving environment

Excellent administration skills and a high degree of attention to detail.

Ability to understand sometimes complex positions

Experience of using an ATS systems

Ability to source candidates by proactive methods

Stakeholder management skills in a matrix environment

Ability to research the industry we are in building up external networks

Good Excel skills

Ability to work in a team

Highly motivated, a self-starter and a self-learner

Ideally Manufacturing Engineering recruitment background

Excellent Systems skills

Previously used an ATS recruitment system.

Highly process driven.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline

A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant industry experience.

An interest in cycling and a passion for creating truly useful products that improve people’s lives would be beneficial.
