The role:

Sitting in our Performance Marketing team, and reporting into our Global Performance Marketing Manager, this crucial role’s main purpose is supporting the paid team in executing online campaigns across our media channels through a diverse range of responsibilities taking you across platforms and business goals to drive Brompton’s performance marketing forward into a best-in-class operation.


The role wears multiple hats, responsible across reporting, campaign execution, and data analysis, and will is key to generating revenue for Brompton’s ecommerce channels, as well as supporting wider business revenue goals.


You will play a crucial role in driving effective digital campaigns, maximizing ROAS, and contributing to overall marketing success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working in partnership with media agencies in the planning, setup, and execution of performance marketing campaigns across different platforms such as Google and META, ensuring best practices and new developments are in place across all accounts.
  • Constantly analysing data and scrutinizing agencies to drive best-in-class performance.
  • Curating compelling copy for new ads across platforms.
  • Collaborating with creative team to help create compelling social first content.
  • Acting as a liaison between performance and wider marketing teams, ensuring clear communication and seamless workflow.
  • Working closely with CRM and insights departments to create the best audience targeting possible for our campaigns.
  • Maintaining a proactive approach to ad copy and landing page testing to improve conversion rate.
  • Assisting with expansion of Brompton onto a host of new ads platforms and formats.

Job requirements

  • Strong creative and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Experience:

  • 1 year experience in performance marketing.
  • Experience working in META Ads Manager.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject.
