As Parts & Accessories Manager in our Parts and Accessories operation you will lead, motivate and support a team of c20 operatives within a time-sensitive and demanding pick, pack and despatch environment.

You will maintain health and safety standards within the c5k sq ft warehouse and promote a positive health and safety culture on site.

You will have demonstrable experience understanding and implementing improvements to warehouse layout and product flow to support future capacity requirements and continuous improvement programmes. 

Experience managing a pick and pack operation to include order accuracy KPIs, location management, inventory control and non-automated pick pack and despatch is essential to the success of this role.

A strong Leader with the following key skills is required:

  • Must be able to demonstrate effective problem-solving and analytical capability.
  • Able to prioritise and delegate workload in a rapidly changing business environment
  • Achieve core KPI metrics and high customer satisfaction targets
  • Capable to problem solve through good analytical awareness
  • Sound inventory management knowledge
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Previous experience of people management

Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies would be highly advantageous.

Job requirements

Knowledge and Experience

  • A minimum of 2-5 years’ management experience in a pick/pack environment
  • Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
  • Workload planning and prioritising
  • Hands-on work ethic
