You will be responsible for organizing and coordinating your team so that all spares and accessories and bike orders are dispatched to spec, in full and on time.

You will be a principal figure in your customers’ service experience, handling enquiries and managing orders as well as improving and having input into making our current processes more efficient. The role will be varied and challenging, with a focus on continuous improvement in all areas.

Main duties:

  • Responsible for the Junction areas in main factory in Greenford and other locations for stock and shop units – to assist in arranging regular deliveries to the Junction Stores and provide support to Junction team, controlling and updating stock list for Junction, preparing PO and completing internal transfers, understanding and tracking of all Junction non-stock items, work closely with Central Junction team and Greenford team
  • Preparing orders for despatching and liaising with couriers preparing orders for despatching and liaising with couriers
  • Provide support in completing paperwork and documentation
  • To undertake all aspects of administration in relation to the booking and monitoring of transport
  • To attend training and meetings as and when required
  • To attend for stock takes as and when needed,
  • Assist day-to-day operation
  • Work with planning and production team to ensure key customer’s orders are scheduled on time
  • Any other tasks required by the logistics department

Job requirements

  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excel (minimum level 2) and Word (basic level) preferred
  • A good knowledge of the internet and control systems
  • Excellent communication skill with all stakeholders
  • Be able to work unsupervised with good time management
  • The ability to problem solves and provide solutions
  • ‘A can do’ attitude with a hands-on approach
  • Must be able to prioritize assignments
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Methodical
  • Punctual & Reliable
  • Some experience in shipping and logistics is desirable but non-essential

  • To attend training and meetings as and when required
  • Any other jobs around the factory that may be deemed necessary
