Brompton wants to transform cities. By providing the means to commute or explore with a bike that you can take anywhere, we can make cities happier places to live. We want to increase people’s freedom, improve their health and reduce society’s impact on the environment. We make more than just a bicycle, and we are more than just a bicycle company.
We continue to make the Brompton in West London, where we started in 1975, but our bikes have travelled far during that time, we now export over 75% of our production to 47 countries around the world. Our high-quality products, combined with the resurgence in cycling, means that we are enjoying strong, sustained growth. In recent years we have invested in a new purpose-built factory, transformed our digital architecture, opened new flagship stores in major cities, had our biggest product launch to date and we’re not stopping there - the next 5 years presents an exciting trajectory, full of opportunities.
To change urban living for the better, we need passionate, innovative and talented people that want to challenge the status quo and make an impact. We can offer you a job you won’t find anywhere else.
A central role within the in-house creative team at Brompton, as Producer you will have experience working in live and post-production environments, delivering high quality output with wide ranging deliverables and adaptations using partners across the globe.
As the Producer, you will be the main driver on projects and you will work closely with the Senior Global Brand & Creative Manager who will rely on your expertise and your ability to work with the creatives and the clients (Global marketing team & local international teams) themselves.
Both the company and the in-house creative team is growing rapidly (currently a 5 strong team increasing to 10 by end of next year). This is a brand new role and as well as being an exciting time to be joining, there’s a real opportunity to shape the role and its progression.
Since starting up 3 years ago, the team has moved, in line with the marketing team, from creating asset suites for product launches through to increasingly sophisticated digital advertising assets, long form brand films and out of home advertising.
The Creative Producer’s focus will primarily be on production of headline video & photography shoots from concept and through to completion. Additionally, support for overall workflow management through our in house studio will be expected, but as the team expands, there will be full time studio manager position (planned for next year).
You are someone who likes to work in close collaboration with creatives and clients. You are entrepreneurial and relish the opportunity to be a part of something new and dynamic.
You will bring experience and connections within the creative world, giving us increased agility to scale up or specialise with freelancers as and when the work demands it.
You have experience in work-flow management, are organised, interested in the detail and love to see a job fully wrapped up.
Main duties / responsibilities
You will need to autonomously work with both our team and external resource from inception to completion and be the first point of contact for anything production-related including schedule, budget, product vision, alignment, client management and team morale.
