Reporting directly to the Global Brand Manager, and part of a recently founded and rapidly growing in-house creative team, this is a pivotal role in the marketing team and the wider business, offering a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on every aspect of Brompton’s communications.
To fulfil our ambitions for growth, we need our story to reach more people, engage more deeply and breed familiarity through consistency across multiple touch points. This role will need to reach and engage people globally by creating outstanding content and templates as part of our integrated campaigns.
There are 3 clear areas that, over the next 18 months are absolute priorities for this role:
Delivery of the newly uncovered brand purpose, ensuring that it comes across in written form through all consumer touch points, establishing a clear, recognisable tone aligned with the brand positioning
Supporting major product introductions and developing original copy for a series of launches forthcoming from a strong innovation pipeline. All developed to unlock the potential of what we will believe will transform both Brompton’s business and our ability to change the way people live in cities.
Supercharging website and social content through both creation and editing of new content, taking a strategic, long term view to storytelling.
We are looking for someone who is full of passion for what we are trying to achieve. Reflecting our entrepreneurial culture and a unique product that is meticulously designed and engineered, the way we work needs to both agile but deliver content that is thought out, with real care for the detail. This is not an easy tightrope to walk, but you must be up for the challenge (and adverse to trite metaphors such as this to describe things…)
You will have a natural confidence in your work and be able to build relationships to achieve consensus. You understand different audiences and have experience of synthesising feedback from different stakeholders. Proactive and self-starting you will enjoy working in an autonomous environment with the freedom to act assertively.
