The role:

As the APAC Digital Marketing Executive, you will be playing a crucial role in developing and implementing our digital marketing campaigns and responsible for day-to-day content planning to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase lead generation and sales. You will work closely with the APAC team to execute multi-channel campaigns and leverage various digital platforms to effectively reach our target audience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement APAC Digital Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the global and APAC marketing team to create comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives, ensuring integration with overall marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation and Management: Produce engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns. Manage content calendars and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Social Media Management: Co-manage company profiles on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth. Create and schedule compelling posts, monitor social media analytics, and respond to audience interactions.
  • Website Optimization and Analytics: Regularly update website content and optimize user experience to drive conversion rates and improve site performance. Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive quality traffic.
  • Email Marketing: Align with our global CRM team and brief agency to execute on email campaigns across APAC. Implement tactics to grow subscriber lists for key APAC markets and improve email deliverability and open rates.
  • Paid Advertising Campaigns: Align with our global Performance Marketing Team and provide feedback to campaigns to optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms. Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
  • Digital Trends and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing innovations. Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend new strategies or tactics to enhance digital marketing efforts.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media/web management platforms, and email marketing software
  • Experience in SEO/SEM, paid advertising platforms such as Facebook ads, Google Adwords is a bonus
  • In-depth knowledge of social media trends (IG, Tik Tok Live) and managing social media
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, or other design software(s) is a plus
  • Photography and videography skills would be advantageous
